Wall Cabinet Hanger Rail
Top and bottom hanger rails are 3/8" x 3" 45lb. industrial grade particle board. Glued and stapled behind the back panel.

3/8" 45 lb. industrial grade particle board laminated with a chemical-embossed industrial grade paper. Top coat stain to match cabinet color. White laminate door styles employs a solid color semi saturated white paper with top coat.

Frame, back and end panels are joined with a 3/8" x 3" 45lb. industrial grade particle board stretcher.
Face Frame`
3/4" kiln dried solid wood grooved to accept the cabinet box. Reinforced joints are precisely aligned with self boring screws bonded together with adhesive.

- Sides front and back ½" engineered wood imprinted with a wood pattern and color matched to the cabinet interior.
- Bottom 1/8" 31lb. standard hardboard laminate with industrial grade paper and top coat on one side.
- Captured into a dado position 7/16" up from the bottom edge of sides, front and back.
Drawer Glides
- Dual Sidemount epoxy coated wrap around double captive glides.
- Tracks secured to the face frame with the rear of the track secured in a self aligning socket bored to the back of the cabinet.
- Drawer Slides have a 75lb. test weight.

4½" high by 3/8" thick 45lb. unfinished industrial grade particle board inset into the base of the cabinet box. To finish, a finished Toe Kick Overlay (TK) must be applied.

Vanity Cabinets
4½" high by 3/8" thick 45lb. unfinished industrial grade particle board inset into the base of the cabinet box. To finish, a finished Toe Kick Overlay (TK) must be applied.

Universal Design Cabinets
8½" high by 3/8" thick 45lb. unfinished industrial grade particle board inset into the base of the cabinet box. To finish a HTK overlay must be applied.

Flush Toe Kick Option*
The standard inset toe kick area is pulled out flush with the front face frame of the cabinet. To finish a TK overlay or moulding must be applied.

Finish
Three coat finish process: Stain, catalyzed sealer and catalyzed top coat. The finished is oven cured between each application to create a durable furniture quality surface. Matching Stain and Glaze in quarts are available except in Antique White and White. Touch up kits are available in all finishes.

Sprayed and hand wiped glaze options are available over selected stain options in selected species. Cabinet face frames, doors and Drawer Fronts, accessories and FPLY option will be glazed. Matching interiors, drawer and door backs and standard end panels will be in the base stain color.
